- 7 days or more cancellation with written notice: Full refund of deposit minus transaction/ payment processing fees
- 6 days or less cancellation with/ without written notice: No refunds of deposit paid
- Fees are transferable. Trekker is responsible for finding replacement. Re-booking change fee is Php200.00/ change
- No show, no refund
- No refunds will be issued for used or unused portions of trip, if guest decides to discontinue for any reason
- Carefully assess yourselves if you are fit enough to do tour before booking
Tour cancellation due to bad weather, flash floods, landslides or other unforeseen events (force majeure)
- This tour is weather, road, trail and unforeseen events dependent. For safety reasons tour can be cancelled on the day of departure without prior notice, even when the travelers are already at the tour jump-off point.
- In the event tour is cancelled prior to departure date because of force majeure/ acts of god/ unforeseen events, tour payment will be refunded minus transaction/ payment processing fees.
- If in the middle of the tour, your tour coordinator decides to cancel the trip due to force majeure, you will receive a refund for the services not yet consumed (food, fees, guide etc). If for example, the van hire is already utilized, consumed expenses unfortunately cannot be refunded.
- We recommend taking out travel insurance for unforeseen events beyond our control.
- The tour & involved activities are at undeveloped parts of the Philippines. Tour participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible or liable for bodily injury or death resulting from accidents from participating at any part of our tour. We are not responsible for force majeure, accidents, strikes, theft/ property damage or other conditions beyond our control.
