Reservations Policy

• Reservation deposit is non-refundable.
• Your payment is non-refundable if booking changes are made 2 days or less.
  
• For changes or cancellations, please notify staff as soon as possible. 
• For groups over 12pax, contact us for reservations.
• Your booking is only guaranteed upon receipt of 10% reservation deposit or min P200 (whichever is greater).
  
• Your reservation is not guaranteed until we have received your reservation deposit. Deposit will be deducted from your total.
